Chatterbox USA Limited Warranty

Chatterbox USA guarantees that each new Chatterbox will be free from defective materials and workmanship for a period of two (2) years from the date of original purchase. Chatterbox will remedy any such defect by repair or replacement (at our discretion) of the products, provided they are delivered to the address listed below, intact for examination, with all transportation charges prepaid and accompanied by a copy of the original retail sales receipt. The provisions of this warranty shall not apply to any unit which has been subject to misuse, neglect, incorrect installation, unauthorized modification, accident, water damage, or has been repaired or altered outside of our factory. The express warranty contained herein is in lieu of all other warranties, expressed, implied or statutory, including without limitation any warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular use. In no event will Chatterbox be liable to the buyer for any damages, including special, incidental, indirect, or consequential.

 

-RETURNS/WARRANTY PROCESS:
  • All returns should follow the Return Process below to return merchandise(s) for warranty repair/replacement.
  • We cannot accept any returned goods without prior approval and a valid RMA #.
  • You must first obtain a return authorization number (RMA#) by emailing us at info@chatterboxusa.com
  • You have 30 days from the day the RMA is issued to return your merchandise so please be sure to ship at your earliest convenience. Please do not tape anything to the original product packaging! We need to get all products (and their packaging!) back in new condition. Place all merchandise in a shipping box; you may use the original shipping container. However, please DO NOT use the product box as the shipping container. It will arrive damaged and the package will be rejected by our returns department. Returns should be shipped in a traceable manner.
  • Please write RMA# on outside of the box, if we do not see an RMA # it will not be processed immediately.

  • Please retain your return tracking information. ChatterBox USA is not responsible for packages lost during return shipment.  For customers in any location, you have the option of using the carrier of your choice to return your item(s) to us. We recommend shipping with a method which includes tracking and insurance for your return shipment.  All shipments must be made prepaid; packages shipped COD will be rejected.  You are responsible for all shipping costs associated with getting the RMA back to our KS warehouse.
  • Once your return is received and inspected by ChatterBox USA (usually within 24 hours of receipt), we will process RMA.  
  • If the returned equipment shows signs of abuse or damage outside of its warranty, we will either send the product back to you or discard it per your request.
  • Warranty processing may take up to 2 weeks and will be subject to Maxon’s policy and procedures. Warranties do not cover defects determined to be caused by normal wear or due to customer negligence.  Warranty will be covered 2 years from date of purchase along with a copy of the receipt.
  • Craigslist, Ebay, online forums or non-authorized retailers will not be covered under any warranty.  We will honor all warranties of items purchased from our website directly or from our authorized retailers once the return has been processed.
INTERNATIONAL RETURNS (CANADA ONLY)  INTERNATIONAL SHIPMENTS SHOULD BE MARKED AS A "MERCHANDISE RETURN" WITH A CARRIER THAT DOES NOT LEVY BROKERAGE FEES. CUSTOMER IS RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY APPLICABLE BROKERAGE OR CUSTOMS CHARGES.  ANY ITEMS SHIPPED COD OR HAVING ADDITIONAL BROKERAGE FEES THAT ARE CHARGED TO CHATTERBOX USA UPON DELIVERY WILL BE REJECTED.
