Warranty

ChatterBox warrants that each new Chatterbox will be free from defective materials and workmanship for a period of one (1) year from the date of original purchase. Chatterbox will remedy any such defect by repair or replacement (at our discretion) of the product(s), provided they are delivered to the address listed below, intact for examination, with all transportation charges prepaid and accompanied by a copy of the original retail sales receipt. Please call us at 888-452-2269 for an RA number prior to returning. We can not accept any returned goods without prior approval and Return authorization number. The provisions fo this warranty shall not apply to any unit, which has been subject to misuse, neglect, incorrect installation, unauthorized modifications, accident or has been repaired or altered outside of our facilities. The express warranty contained herein is in lieu of all other warranties, expressed, implied or statutory, including without limitation any warranty of merchantability of fitness for a particular use. In no event will ChatterBox be liable to the buyer for any damages, including special, incidental, indirect, or consequential.

If you are unwilling to accept and agree to the above conditions, you may return this device to us for a full refund if you bought the product directly from us, provided that you do so no later than 30 business days following the purchase of the device (proof of purchase required) and subject to the retail box and all accessories being completed and intact. When doing so, please refer to this section. By not returing the device for refund within the period provided, you are explicitly in agreement with the above, and renounce all rights to future claims and demands against chatterbox as defined above.
